Managing Sales Operations accounts (Dealers) (15%) Managing dealers in the system Ordering process from order entry to full delivery Orders' entry, sanity check, supply chain coordination Shipments and Export to dealers abroad Policy & regulations enforcement Invoicing RMA / Warranty handling Team members, redundancy Price lists management Organization & Methods Implementation (85%) Processes, reports management and control Managing, defining, and developing standardized and customized cross company processes Monitoring and improving processes' performance Developing new tracking tools & methodologies Establishing and managing standardized and customized sales and business reports Creating ad-hoc Excel reports to assist the sales and account management teams Monitor, control and research data quality to ensure data accuracy and assist with data cleanup

Manage sales operation according to the sales process policy; Order fulfilment, from order entry support to full delivery Orders coordination with the logistic center Invoicing RMA / Warranty Manage Shipments and Export to dealers abroad Manage dealers and farms' database in the system Liaison with Dealers to assure all required transactions are completed in line with company policies Support global Sales teams by assuring the sales processes Work closely with the other Sales Operation team members

The New Product Introduction Engineer will function as a key member of the Operations team that ensures an orderly transition from R&D to Operations. The NPI Engineer will be responsible for new product introduction, manufacture processes, product documentation, tech aspects, tooling, support test equipment and automation for both new and existing products. In addition, the engineering will support sustain manufacture products and activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned): Responsible for building and managing Product/Production file, Product documentation, BOM, jigs/tools/Fixtures design, DFX's, production needs and troubleshooting Be the operation technical focal point and collaborate cross functionally with R&D, engineering, supply chain, quality Managing and control Turn- Key/Suppliers engineering activities for box build/subunits, local and overseas throughout the project lifecycle and post release Engaging test related projects with subcontractor delivering electrical and mechanical related test equipment to the production line Responsible for conducting product ECO process include implementation and configuration control Manage and execute FAIs at subcontractors’ site Validation of manufacturing process to meet targets, production output and quality standards Support operation engineering processes such as Waiver/Deviations, EOL, FMEA, root causes analysis, continues improvement, Audits. Support on-going production processes and equipment, train subcontractors & production line Support IQC, IPQC, OQC documentation and process Implementation of manufacturing transfer requirements, TTP from Afimilk to Suppliers/Contract Manufacturing and its 2nd tier (if applicable).

המדב אחראי/ת על ליווי אישי וקבוצתי של נוער המושב בגילאי ז-יב. אחריות על הובלת תנועת הנוער במושב וצוות ההדרכה. זיהוי ואיתור בעיות אישיות וקבוצתיות. הובלת תהליכים אישיים ושכבתיים שותפות במעגל המדריכים המועצתי יציאה לטיולים ומחנות התנועה
