תאור תפקיד:

Creating long - and short - term plans, including setting targets for milestones, setting priorities, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources
Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
Defining project scope, goals and time frame with the product
Establishes methodologies and work processes.
Closely cooperate with marketing, striving for joint strategic objectives.
Co-ordinate the project execution plan ensuring delivery of each of the project’s deliverables.
Flag and signalize critical issues that affect the projects plan.
Control projects budget.
Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
Managing project managers team and overview all running projects.

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:

Bsc in industrial engineering, Master’s Degree in, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or an equivalent
5 to 10 years of experience in the field of Project Management

Proven track record in project planning, defining and launching successfully projects.
Experience in management
Fluent in English is a must
An experience in the ophthalmic field is an advance
Strong interpersonal skills
