- ביצוע הדרכות הרלוונטיות לנושא MRB מחסן MRB

Description:
• Implement and execute automation testing of APIs and web apps, on a scrum team of 3-5 people • Constantly improve the overall quality of our product through automation testing methods, processes, and CI/CD methods, while providing scalability for the future • Collaborate with the development team on a regular basis about test requirements, new product features and other development updates • Manage end to end automation test development, focusing on writing and testing the code (about 70% of the time), and 30% manual QA testing • Write STD testcases to accompany the automatic tests

•Prepare, edit, and publish product documentation for software releases including user guides, release notes, knowledge base articles, and other resources. •Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides. •Collaborate with other departments to help identify product gaps and influence the design of new product features in upcoming releases. •Focus on user needs and adhere to our style guide in all content creation. •Maintain and improve existing documentation to ensure the information is current and easy to locate.

Description:
• Build and support Zendesk processes and workflows in an already matured and existing environment • Automate Zendesk tasks to support our internal departments and Enterprise level clients • Provide some technical support relating to our internal applications, including trouble shooting and system update related errors • Collaborate closely with internal departments including Development, IT, Implementations, Operations and Relationship Management • Work closely with the team in the US (East to West Coast)
